UT Tech Solutions (जिसे आगे “Uttarottar”, “कंपनी” या “हम” कहा गया है) द्वारा प्रदान की गई Android App “UT Tech Solutions”, APIs और अन्य डिजिटल सेवाओं का उपयोग करने से पहले कृपया इन नियमों और शर्तों को ध्यान से पढ़ें।

हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग करने का अर्थ है कि आप इन सभी नियमों से सहमत हैं।

1. सेवाओं की प्रकृति

1.1 UT Tech Solutions एक तकनीकी सेवा प्रदाता है, जो तृतीय-पक्ष API सेवा प्रदाताओं से प्राप्त सेवाओं को एक सरल और यूज़र-फ्रेंडली इंटरफ़ेस के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराता है।

1.2 हमारे द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली सभी सेवाएँ पूर्णतः सशुल्क (Paid Services) हैं। किसी भी सेवा का निःशुल्क उपयोग उपलब्ध नहीं है, जब तक कि स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख न किया गया हो।

2. पात्रता और खाता

2.1 सेवाओं का उपयोग करने के लिए उपयोगकर्ता की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।

2.2 उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा दी गई जानकारी सही और अद्यतन होनी चाहिए। खाते की सुरक्षा और लॉगिन विवरण की जिम्मेदारी उपयोगकर्ता की स्वयं की होगी।

3. API और डेटा उपयोग

3.1 API सेवाएँ केवल व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए हैं।

3.2 किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की जानकारी निकालना, बिना अनुमति डेटा का उपयोग करना, या किसी भी प्रकार का अवैध या अनैतिक उपयोग कानूनन अपराध है।

3.3 ऐसे किसी भी दुरुपयोग के लिए UT Tech Solutions जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। इसकी पूर्ण जिम्मेदारी उपयोगकर्ता की होगी।

4. निषिद्ध गतिविधियाँ

• अवैध, धोखाधड़ी या गलत उद्देश्य से सेवाओं का उपयोग
• API Keys को किसी अनधिकृत व्यक्ति के साथ साझा करना
• सिस्टम, सर्वर या एप्लिकेशन को नुकसान पहुँचाना
• मैलवेयर, वायरस या हानिकारक कोड का उपयोग

5. Android App – UT Tech Solutions

5.1 यह ऐप लाइसेंस के रूप में प्रदान किया जाता है, बिक्री के रूप में नहीं।

5.2 ऐप में दिखाए गए सभी परिणाम केवल सूचना हेतु हैं। किसी भी कानूनी, वित्तीय या व्यावसायिक निर्णय से पहले उपयोगकर्ता स्वयं सत्यापन करेगा।

5.3 कंपनी किसी भी समय ऐप में बदलाव, अपडेट या सेवा बंद करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।

6. भुगतान और रिफंड नीति

6.1 सभी सेवाएँ Prepaid और Paid हैं। भुगतान के बाद ही सेवा उपलब्ध कराई जाती है।

6.3 बिना वैध कारण के किसी भी भुगतान की वापसी (Refund) नहीं की जाएगी।

7. गोपनीयता (Privacy)

7.1 हम उपयोगकर्ताओं के मोबाइल नंबर, भुगतान विवरण, उपयोग इतिहास और अन्य आवश्यक जानकारी को सुरक्षित रूप से संग्रहीत करते हैं।

7.2 उपयोगकर्ता के अनुरोध पर उसका डेटा हटाया जा सकता है, जब तक कि कानूनन आवश्यक न हो।

8. अस्वीकरण (Disclaimer)

8.1 UT Tech Solutions किसी भी तृतीय-पक्ष डेटा की पूर्ण शुद्धता की गारंटी नहीं देता।

8.2 सभी सेवाएँ “As Is” आधार पर प्रदान की जाती हैं।

9. दायित्व की सीमा

कंपनी किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष, अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक या परिणामी नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी, जिसमें शामिल हैं:

• गलत डेटा या आउटपुट
• सेवा में रुकावट
• उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा किया गया गलत उपयोग

10. सेवा समाप्ति

10.1 नियमों के उल्लंघन पर कंपनी बिना पूर्व सूचना सेवाएँ निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकती है।

10.2 उपयोगकर्ता किसी भी समय सेवाओं का उपयोग बंद कर सकता है।

11. लागू कानून और क्षेत्राधिकार

ये नियम भारत के कानूनों के अधीन होंगे।

किसी भी विवाद का निपटारा Nohar – 335523 (राजस्थान) के न्यायालय में किया जाएगा।

4. Prohibited Activities

• Using services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• Sharing API keys with any unauthorized person
• Damaging or attempting to harm systems, servers, or applications
• Using malware, viruses, or harmful code

5. Android App – UT Tech Solutions

5.1 The app is provided as a license, not sold.

5.2 All results displayed in the app are for informational purposes only. Users must verify information independently before making any legal, financial, or business decisions.

5.3 The company reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

6.1 All services are prepaid and paid services. Access is provided only after successful payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

10.2 Users may stop using the services at any time.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Nohar – 335523 (Rajasthan).
